What can you do with a Banking and Financial Services Diploma?

Of course, many would want to pursue their degree after graduating from a polytechnic with a diploma. However, without this diploma, it would be quite impossible to enter into a university.

The banking and financial services sector is very wide. We learn things that are used in almost all corporate businesses. All businesses will have the need to check their accounts regularly, have someone to market their company, products and services, know how to communicate well, the basic math and more. All these have been taught in this diploma. Although it may sound like a mere diploma from a Polytechnic, the things we learn and gain are invaluable. Since we learn subjects ranging from General Insurance, to Statistics, and even Marketing Management, we are given the exposure to many sectors in the corporate world. Hence, there will definitely be a wide range of jobs available too.

You can choose to be an accountant, a marketing manager, an insurance broker, or even trade in the commodity sector.

As for me, I would love to learn how to trade in the commodity sector. It's interesting and fun, and I'd love to earn income while enjoying what I do.

Careers aside, my dream would be to travel around the world. I love travelling and learning more about cultures of other countries. My other dream, though quite impossible to realize, would be to open my own music school. As I have been learning how to play the Piano since the age of 4, my passion for music has always been strong.

I believe with determination and perseverance, all of you will be able to realize your dream jobs one day. All you got to do is to work hard towards your goal.
